This is the second time Shamari has helped us with a huge donation haul. We are downsizing from 4K square feet to 2K square feet so we had to get rid of A LOT of stuff including furniture, shelving, clothes, toys, home decor, etc. We had to reschedule several times, but Shamari communicated promptly & stayed in touch throughout the process. Extremely prompt & wonderful customer service. We had half a garage full of bulky, heavy items & he was able to load everything & cleared the garage in less than 30 mins. We had several bulky items (including a couch, small furnishings, shelving, clothing racks, a large ottoman, boxes of clothes, toys, games, kitchenware, home decor items, and so much more) leftover from a garage sale & needed help hauling those items to a Donation Center. I found Easley Express Haulers via Google & sent them an email inquiry on a Saturday evening, and by Monday morning, I had a response waiting for me in my inbox. I called & spoke to Shamari letting him know what I needed help with & he immediately gave me the next available day, along with a 2 hour time frame. On pick up day, he was prompt, professional, and very courteous. He had everything loaded up in less than 15-20 minutes. It was such a seamless & hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a reliable hauling service who will show up exactly when they say they will, and complete the job quickly & efficiently, then definitely give Easley Express Haulers a call. Highly impressed with the services Easley Express Haulers provided. I called them when another junk removal service didn't show up. Not only were they dependable and arrived early, but they also did an excellent job carefully removing the items in a very organized and efficient manner. Super reliable, professional and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again - certainly recommend!
